Tea in my garden
Love is in the air
Whimsy
Doesn't this one just make your teeth ache?! How sweet are those elements?! Yum Yum Bubblegum!
This one makes me feel all warm and fuzzy. Kim.
And this one would be perfect for those little angel baby layouts. I love the soft pastels of Calypso!
Cherry Mocha is one of my all time favorites, the papers are so gorgeous, and this preview doesn't even do them justice!
And Flirty was a freebie on Mel's blog just in the last couple weeks, and is now in the store for only $1!! (Along with several others!!). I just love this kit, and the layout I did with it is one of my favorites as well.
Well, sure, you can see my layout!!

I love Mel as a designer as she is always coming out with something different, her new kit is nothing like the last one she put out, so there is always a fresh feeling to whatever she does! Bright bold colors in one kit, and soft pastels in another. And you can win a $5 gift certificate to her store by simply doing a layout! Make sure you get your layouts uploaded by January 5th to be entered! (See below post for all the details). And if you just can't wait, then head over to the store now and snag some of these great kits!! Thanks for looking and happy scrapping!!
And for an extra dollar you can get the additional alpha, the gift tags and the quick pages!! It's a great deal and soooo worth it!
The reason I'm showing you this kit (if you haven't seen it already) is because you have the chance to win it, or any other of Mel's kits! The grand prize is for a $5 gift certificate to Mel's Store! All you have to do is follow this layout "recipe":

This was the first two page layout I have ever done, and I was really happy with the way it turned out. Then if you want to separate it for printing, you just crop each half into 12x12 and save it. Easy! I can't wait to see what you come up with. Make sure you log in so we know which layouts are yours! Post them to the challenge gallery by Tuesday January 5th, 2010, and the winner will be chosen at random and posted on Wednesday, January 6th, 2010 (as long as I don't forget!! ) So get scrapping, and have fun!!

And here is a preview of my layout as an example, I used a freebie template that you can find HERE (thanks Meagan!!):
I used several of the papers, "repeated" the floral frame several times, used the flowers in varying sizes multiple times, and extracted the metal button from the middle of the flower to use as a separate element. So have fun, and make sure you get your layouts posted to the challenge gallery by December 15th! (Please also make sure to login before you upload your layout, you need to be logged in for your user name to show up under your layout!) The winner will be drawn randomly and posted here on December 16th. Happy scrapping, and I can't wait to see your layouts!!
**Edited to add, you can enter as many times as you like! I would love to see how many different ways we can use these items!**
